Data Controller
For the purposes of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, aryonplay — the online gaming platform accessible at aryonplay.net — is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of all personal data collected from users of the platform.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Adjusting your communication preferences in your aryonplay account settings under the "Notifications" section
- Contacting aryonplay customer support via live chat or email and requesting to be removed from marketing communications
Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, aryonplay will continue to send you transactional and service communications that are necessary for the administration of your account — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and mandatory responsible gaming messages required by PAGCOR.

Children & Minors

Changes to This Privacy Policy
aryonplay reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC guidance, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be published at aryonplay.net/privacy-policy, with the "Last Updated" date at the top reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how aryonplay processes your personal data or your rights as a data subject — aryonplay will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account before the updated Policy takes effect.
