Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "aryonplay," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at aryonplay.net, operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the aryonplay platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the aryonplay platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's aryonplay account wallet, available for wagering and withdrawal.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free bets, or free spins credited to a Player's account under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, requiring Players to submit government-issued identification documents.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing aryonplay.net, creating an account, or placing any wager on the aryonplay platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the aryonplay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the aryonplay platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aryonplay. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Philippines and the jurisdiction in which you are located.
Important: Creating an aryonplay account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before registration. Claiming any bonus, making any deposit, or placing any wager confirms your agreement.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
21+ Age Requirement: Access to aryonplay is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing licensed online gambling platforms in the Philippines. aryonplay will close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, void all associated wagers and winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending regulatory guidance.
To be eligible to register for and use the aryonplay platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are a resident or citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, or you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions where applicable laws render online gambling illegal.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the aryonplay platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.
- You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of aryonplay, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
aryonplay reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Account Registration & KYC Verification
Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the aryonplay platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. aryonplay is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. aryonplay will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. Notify aryonplay support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
As required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, all Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted identification documents include:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
- Philippine Passport
- Driver's License (Land Transportation Office)
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
- SSS (Social Security System) ID
- PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID
aryonplay reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations, as part of enhanced due diligence processes. KYC data is processed in accordance with the aryonplay Privacy Policy.
Deposits & Withdrawals
aryonplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Instapay, and 7-Eleven payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. aryonplay does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.
Deposits are credited to your aryonplay account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. aryonplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, bank holidays, or GCash/PayMaya service outages.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified aryonplay account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are:
- GCash / PayMaya: Typically within minutes, subject to verification status
- Instapay: Typically within 15 to 60 minutes
- Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): Same business day if requested before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time
aryonplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Players must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
All balances, wagers, and transactions on the aryonplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aryonplay does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any funds received in foreign currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, less applicable conversion fees.
Game Rules & Fairness
All casino games available on the aryonplay platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, fishing games, and bingo, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and mechanical outcomes. All RNG systems used by aryonplay's game providers are independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories.
The applicable rules for each game are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific game rules as displayed. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and any other documentation, the rules displayed within the game interface at the time of play shall prevail.
aryonplay publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games within each game's information panel. Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical returns calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
In the event of a technical malfunction, aryonplay reserves the right to declare a game round void and return all wagers placed in that round to the relevant Players' real money balances. All game outcomes and transaction records are logged and may be reviewed by PAGCOR upon request.
Bonuses & Promotions
aryonplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent. Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Circumventing this restriction by creating multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding this cap at the time of withdrawal will be forfeit.
- aryonplay's Discretion: aryonplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, and to disqualify any Player from receiving or retaining a bonus where there is evidence of abuse or violation of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aryonplay platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age, location, or payment method details during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one aryonplay account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of circumventing account limits or claiming bonuses multiple times.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, using low-risk wagering strategies to convert bonus funds to real money while minimising the risk of loss, or colluding with other Players to abuse promotions.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer tables, and sports betting.
- Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tools to interact with games, place wagers, or manage account activity without human participation.
- Money Laundering: Using aryonplay to deposit, process, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. aryonplay is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a deposit made to aryonplay through GCash, PayMaya, or any banking channel. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of all associated winnings.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to another Player's account or to aryonplay's backend systems through any technical or social engineering method.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the aryonplay platform — including but not limited to the aryonplay brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of aryonplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aryonplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any aryonplay content in any form or by any means without prior written authorisation from aryonplay. Unauthorised commercial use of any aryonplay intellectual property is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aryonplay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aryonplay platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or interruptions to third-party payment services (including GCash and PayMaya)
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
- Inaccuracies in game odds, RTP figures, or promotional materials where such inaccuracies arise from typographical errors
- Delays in processing withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers or banking system outages
The aryonplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aryonplay does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a verified platform error that results in an incorrect payout to a Player, aryonplay reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly paid amount from the Player's account balance.
Responsible Gaming
aryonplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling on the aryonplay platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It is not a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering prior losses.
All aryonplay account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available through their account settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, with an automatic log-out reminder.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net result.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the aryonplay platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, aryonplay will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.

Termination & Account Closure
aryonplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:
- Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct
- Provided false or inaccurate account information
- Failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period
- Engaged in conduct that is harmful to other Players or to the integrity of the platform
Upon account closure for cause, aryonplay may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by applicable law, any real money balances associated with fraudulent activity. Where closure is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aryonplay customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified real money balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the aryonplay platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact aryonplay's customer support team to attempt resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with aryonplay within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, Players consent to submit any unresolved disputes to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Amendments to These Terms
aryonplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on the aryonplay website at aryonplay.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — aryonplay will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account, at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the aryonplay platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
